Available to my local clients and my clients worldwide. Let’s discuss where you are on your journey, and evaluate your unique life dynamic to determine what YOU need to be successful in your quest to go gluten free. Sessions can include one-on-one time or can involve your family members.
Five Weeks to Gluten Free Freedom
This is my signature package which has helped to change lives of clients all over the world. Setup as an online telecourse classroom, participants receive 5 one-hour classes discussing such topics as ‘Dining Out”, ‘Social Reactions to Celiac and How to Stay Strong’, ‘Does Gluten Free Have to Break the Bank?’, ‘Pantry and Kitchen Overhaul’ and ‘Cross Contamination in Foods and Your Kitchen’.
Each week’s class is followed up with a personal one-on-one session with me, your coach, to help glue together your new behavior changes. We will discuss what’s working, what’s not and keep a clear focus on the road ahead. The transition to gluten free living can become frustrating.
