For those of you who love shrimp, but the old standby of shrimp cocktail with red sauce just won't do! A few simple ingredients coat the shrimp to hold in the moisture during cooking, while the dipping sauce combines traditional flavors to enhance the fresh taste of the shrimp.
|10||oz||raw shrimp, peeled and deveined|
|1||jalepeno (seeded and finely diced)|
|1⁄2||t||fresh ground black pepper|
|1⁄2||t||Chinese five spice|
|1 1⁄2||T||sesame oil|
|1||T||minced green onions|
In medium bowl, combine rice flour, salt, pepper and five spice. Add shrimp and toss to coat. Heat oil in nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook 3-4 minutes. Add jalepenos and cook 1-2 minutes more. In small bowl, whisk together all other ingredients to create the dipping sauce. Serve shrimp warm, right out of the pan with sauce.
