|4||ears of corn, husk removed and kernels cut from cob|
|20||small grape tomatoes, halved or quartered|
|1||t||white balsamic vinegar|
|6||green onion stalks, green parts only (diced)|
Heat oil in pan over medium heat. Add corn and saute 5 minutes until corn is browning. Add tomatoes, reduce heat to medium and saute an additional 3 minutes. Add lime, vinegar, salt and cumin. Saute 1 minute more. Turn off heat and stir in green onions.
