Traditional Apple Crisp: You remember, like the one your mom used to make! Simple ingredients that yield the most amazing tastes. A great way to use up the leftover apples in your fridge.
|4||c||apples (peeled and sliced)|
|1⁄2||c||GF all purpose flour|
|1⁄2||c||GF oats (quick or thick cut, not steel cut)|
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Peel and chop apples and arrange in the bottom of an 8x8 baking dish. Mix all dry ingredients in medium bowl, then cut in the butter to form a crumble. Bake uncovered 30 minutes. Top with whipped cream, vanilla ice cream or vanilla yogurt.
