I serve this at least twice/week and have never had a nose turned up.
|4||T||light canola mayo|
|3||T||white balsamic vinegar|
|1||fresh pressed lemon|
|fresh ground pepper to taste|
|shredded parmesan cheese|
Whisk all ingredients together except for cheese and toss with one head of romaine lettuce. Add parmesan and toss again before serving.
