Description

This rice cake sandwich won’t leave you with crumbs on your lap, guaranteed! A great ‘on the go’ lunch or snack. 155 calories and seriously good.

Ingredients

2 rice cakes
1 triangle of Laughing Cow light swiss cheese
2Thummus: store bought OR check my ‘Gut Healing’ Recipes for a fabo homemade option

Instructions

Spread ingredients on either side of rice cake. Wrap in foil and place in fridge overnight. When ready to eat, your sandwich will be soft and won’t crumble everywhere.
