|1⁄2||c||sugar or honey|
|3 1⁄2||c||GF flour baking mix (Bob's or Bette Hagmans)|
|1||t||pumpkin pie spice|
|optional raisins or chocolate chips|
If using your own gluten free baking mix, make sure xantham gum and baking soda are included in the mix.
Mix all ingredients and spoon into greased muffin pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes- 1 hour or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes back clean.
