|Prep time||5 minutes|
These may take longer than just pulling open a bag of tortilla chips, but they are so much better...and a lot more healthy.
|1||30 count bag of white or yellow corn tortillas|
|canola cooking spray|
|Mrs. Dash Fiesta Lime seasoning blend|
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. With a large kitchen knife, cut entire stack of tortillas into 1/8ths. Place each chip in a single layer on an ungreased cookie sheet. This will take a few cookie sheets to fit them all. Spray generously with cooking spray. Shake salt, then Mrs. Dash seasoning on top. Bake for 20 minutes, then keep a good watchful eye. Chips on bottom rack will cook the fastest. Bake until chips are firm and golden. Remove from oven and let cool to crispen further.
Chips can be stored in a Tupperware or Ziploc for 5 days.
