Not just for breakfast anymore, this recipe is great for any time of day. With a hint of sweetness, these are bound to satisfy any craving.
|8||sli||GF bread (I recommend Udi'd for it's ability to hold up in this recipe)|
|4||eggs (well beaten)|
|1⁄4||c||milk (dairy, soy, rice, almond)|
|1⁄4||t||GF vanilla extract|
|Maple syrup, yogurt, fruit, preserves, peanut butter topping options|
Combine wet ingredients and cinnamon. Dip bread generously in mixture. Immediately transfer to medium heated pan and cook until golden on each side. *Extra egg mixture makes for delicious scrambled eggs on the side*
