Description

Ingredients

8sliGF bread (I recommend Udi'd for it's ability to hold up in this recipe)
4 eggs (well beaten)
1⁄4cmilk (dairy, soy, rice, almond)
1⁄4tGF vanilla extract
1⁄4tcinnamon
  Maple syrup, yogurt, fruit, preserves, peanut butter topping options

Instructions

Combine wet ingredients and cinnamon. Dip bread generously in mixture. Immediately transfer to medium heated pan and cook until golden on each side. *Extra egg mixture makes for delicious scrambled eggs on the side*
