These are a hit with kids and adults. Make extra, as these reheat well in the morning for a grab-and-go breakfast.
| 2 | c | cooked steel cut oatmeal |
| 8 | egg whites | |
| 2 | c | water |
| 1 | t | cinnamon |
| 4 | scoops vanilla protein powder (rice, whey, soy) |
Spray nonstick pan with cooking spray and heat to medium high. Combine all ingredients and drop 2 tablespoon scoops onto heated pan. Cook 3 minutes on one side, then flip until done.
Top with sliced fruit, yogurt, preserves or pure maple syrup.
