These are a hit with kids and adults. Make extra, as these reheat well in the morning for a grab-and-go breakfast.
|2||c||cooked steel cut oatmeal|
|4||scoops vanilla protein powder (rice, whey, soy)|
Spray nonstick pan with cooking spray and heat to medium high. Combine all ingredients and drop 2 tablespoon scoops onto heated pan. Cook 3 minutes on one side, then flip until done.
Top with sliced fruit, yogurt, preserves or pure maple syrup.
