|2 1⁄2||T||orange juice (fresh pressed tastes best)|
|1||t||apple cider vinegar|
|1⁄2||t||ground powdered ginger|
Cooking tongs work best for turning kale in a pan.
Slice kale by slicing down the stem to remove the leaves. Chop kale from there. Heat oil in a medium high heat pan, making sure to coat the entire bottom of the pan with oil before adding kale. Combine all other ingredients in a small bowl. Turn kale for 2-3 minutes until the emerald green color starts to show. Add orange juice mixture and cook 1 minute more. Immediately transfer to serving bowl to avoid overcooking kale.
