This melt-in-your-mouth cookie uses nontraditional ingredients, and yields a product you can be sure your family will love. High protein, high antioxidant and full of flavor.
|1 1⁄2||c||blanched almond flour|
|3||T||white rice flour|
|1||T||GF vanilla extract|
|1||c||chocolate chips, semi-sweet or dark|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Whisk together agave, oil and vanilla in a small bowl. Mix wet ingredients into the dry. Add chocolate chips. Using a tablespoon, scoop onto parchement paper lined cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes depending on oven. Cool 10 minutes before eating.
Baked cookies can be frozen. Uncooked batter cannot be frozen.
